In compliance to Section 604.07-Protection of County Issued Devices (Employee Information Manual) employees will be required to pay for the replacement of a lost, stolen or damaged hardware token used for dual authentication. Upon termination or transfer of the employees, the YubiKey will be collected and a ticket will be submitted to deactivate the YubiKey. If lost or damaged, please report immediately.
